1990. Steven has spent 26 years developing, owning, and
managing Multi Family properties. In addition to traditional
rental properties Mallory has vast expertise in Cooperative
Conversions and Section 8 Government Subsidized Housing.
Mallory has
expanded into Commercial Real Estate and now owns and
manages Shopping Centers located throughout the East Coast.
